Visitor Information

Cafeteria

The hospital cafeteria is located on the ground floor and is available to all visitors Monday through Friday for breakfast from 9 to 10 a.m. and lunch from noon to 2 p.m. Vending machines are also located in the cafeteria and are available 24 hours per day.

Parking and Security

Visitor parking is provided in designated areas of the hospital lot, located behind the building. Spaces for handicapped parking also are available. While we strive to keep all areas of the hospital secure, we are not responsible for vehicle damage, fire or theft while parked in the hospital lot.

Our front desk is located at the Palmetto Street entrance and our staff will assist with contacting hospital staff or answering any questions. After 8:30 p.m., all doors are locked.  We ask that you please use the doorbell located at the front for admission after hours. If you know in advance that you will be arriving after 8:30 p.m., simply call in advance and a staff member will greet you. The security staff provides escorts to and from cars.

Family Involvement

Family members may meet with clinical staff at any time to arrange informal meetings or a more formal interdisciplinary Family Care Conference, which may be attended by all clinical disciplines who are involved in your care. These meetings are designed to discuss a loved one’s progress and to answer questions.  To schedule a conference time, call Case Management at extension 4422.
